1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using iEnterprise Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use iEnterprise Buddy on up to 2 (two) macOS devices per subscription. This license is for your personal or internal business use only and does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, or make the software available to third parties.

3. Subscription Terms

  • iEnterprise Buddy is offered at $4.99 per month, billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy.
  • A 7-day free trial is available. No payment information is required to start your trial.
  • Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Pricing is subject to change with 30 days advance notice.

4. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with iEnterprise Buddy, you may request a full refund by contacting support within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available after the 14-day window. The 7-day free trial allows you to evaluate the software before committing to a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use iEnterprise Buddy only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the software to any third party.
  • Use the software to circumvent security controls, network restrictions, or access systems beyond your authorized access.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the software.
  • Use the software in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair any server, network, or system.

6. System Modifications Disclaimer

iEnterprise Buddy modifies system configuration files as part of its core functionality, including but not limited to:

  • Shell profile files (~/.zshrc, ~/.bash_profile)
  • SSH configuration files (~/.ssh/config)
  • Git configuration files (~/.gitconfig)
  • Proxy and network settings
  • Environment variables

While the app automatically creates backups before making changes and provides undo functionality, you are responsible for reviewing all changes before applying them. We strongly recommend maintaining your own independent backups of critical configuration files.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, including all code, documentation, design, graphics, and website content, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • System misconfiguration
  • Service interruption or downtime
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the software shall be limited to the total subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you violate any provision of these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the software ceases immediately.
  • You must uninstall and destroy all copies of the software.
  • Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

You may terminate your license at any time by cancelling your subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal and uninstalling the app from your devices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
